This year’s barbecue is on Sunday 4th July from 12.30pm in the Vicarage garden. It would lovely to have lots of people again this year. So please come along and bring your friends and family.
Please can you bring:
- Something to sit on
- A salad or dessert
- Meat etc to BBQ
- Outdoor games – we will try to put up table tennis and provide the parachute but if you have quoits, badminton etc please bring them.
We will provide:
- Bread rolls
- Squash, tea and coffee
- Paper cups and plates
- Table napkins
- Ketchup, mustard, mayo etc
- Some extras for last minute guests
- A large BBQ
We would like help with:
- Setting up in the morning or day before
- One or two extra BBQs
- BBQ cooks
- Tidying up afterwards
Both Tudor and I are taking services that Sunday so we may not be back very quickly. Please make yourselves at home and welcome one another.
