All Saints Church is part of an ecumenical partnership of 5 Churches represented by 4 denominations. The Church Partnership and Declaration of intent form a framework for the life and work of the local churches - ‘Covenanted together for Mission’.

The Team Vicar meets regularly with the other clergy in the team, and is also part of Swindon Deanery as are lay leaders in the Church. He is accountable within the Diocese of Bristol to Bishop Lee of Swindon and the Archdeacon of Malmesbury and works together with them in ministry and mission.

At All Saints the leadership Team serves with the Team Vicar and Church Wardens to oversee the life and work of the church, its governance and working towards our mission aims. The Team Vicar has responsibility for All Saints but assists across the Partnership.

All Saints Leadership team meets bi - monthly and has an agenda and publishes minutes of their meetings. The Standing Committee of All Saints (see photos) usually meets before each Leadership Meeting.

So that the Church works effectively areas of the Church life are divided into “Ministry teams” which each have specific responsibility. These are the teams.

  • Worship and Music
  • Prayer and Pastoral Care
  • Children and Young People
  • Buildings and Safety
  • Communications and Publicity

Church Finance is overseen by our Treasurer who is part of the Leadership team.

We also have an All Age team who meet to plan our 3rd Sunday of the month services.

An annual report and Statement of Finances are produced for the Annual Church Meeting normally held in February or March following a Morning Service.
