We’ve had a busy summer with several visits from ringing groups QPs rung mostly by these visiting bands.
We also said goodbye to one of the longest serving members of the group as she moved away from the area. A few health issues have depleted the band and with this in mind a campaign was launched to start a new group of learners. The new group are now several weeks in to their lessons and making steady progress with Michael as their tutor. We look forward to this group joining the main practices and service ringing hopefully in time for Remembrance and Christmas.
